2023 WOMEN’S SPRING RETREAT

Why?              Be challenged, encouraged, hear from our IWs, worship, eat, shop, enjoy girl time

Shopping at Mercy Markets will enable you to encourage female artisans from outside the U.S. who support their families with their creations.

One offering taken this year to support the International Workers’ Outfit Funds, Bongolo Hospital, Paradise Ministries, and AW District Expense Fund.

Registration opens January 15 and is required to be completed and paid in full by March 15. 

Each room is a suite with a living room that has a queen sleeper sofa, microwave/refrigerator, and a bedroom with either two double beds or a king bed.  YOU MUST SPECIFY WHICH TYPE OF ROOM YOU PREFER!  Double bed option is first-come, first-served!

Event rates include the room, Saturday meals, Sunday breakfast, and the event fee:

1 adult per room        $355.00 + tax

2 adults per room      $216.00 + tax

3 adults per room      $169.68 + tax

4 adults per room       $146.50 + tax

Do not list your teens when you make your room reservations or they pay full price!
Limit 4 occupants per room. 

Children stay free with their parent/guardian. Their fees are as follows:

Age 12 - $47 (meals are half price)            Age 13-18 - $77

The commuter fee of $77 includes lunch and dinner on Saturday only.

You will register online with the hotel for your room and your event registration separately.  We will be sending registration information at a later date.

The AW Event registration fee of $77 is transferable but not refundable. (For non-commuters, this fee is included in the total fees above.)
